Did you know that not only are we producers of great dairy products, but we are also producers of great quality beef?  We’ve been raising pasture-raised beef for decades!

Our Beef Promise

Our Jersey beef and Wagyu Beef are raised on our farm in Greenville, IL by us! 
 Our beef is pasture-raised, with no added hormones, and no antibiotics. Our beef are also fed a grain ration to ensure the best quality.

Our Beef Difference

We raise our Jersey steers and our Wagyu/Jersey steer cross (also called American Wagyu). The Jersey beef is very lean, full of flavor, and tender. We have always loved the quality of our Jersey beef, but we knew we could make it better!  
In 2018, we started growing our Wagyu herd by breeding our Jersey cows to Wagyu. Wagyu is a Japanese breed known to have the highest quality meat (tenderness and marbling).
