All our Jersey and Wagyu Beef are raised right here on our farm in Greenville, IL, under our watchful eye. We take pride in providing pasture-raised, hormone-free, and antibiotic-free beef. To ensure top-notch quality, our cattle are also supplemented with a balanced grain ration.

Our Jersey steers and American Wagyu (Wagyu/Jersey cross) are the heart of our beef production. Jersey beef, known for its leanness, full flavor, and tenderness, has always been a staple for us. However, in 2018, we took our commitment to quality a step further by expanding our Wagyu herd. Wagyu, a renowned Japanese breed, is celebrated for its exceptional meat quality, characterized by tenderness and intricate marbling.
