American Wagyu

We have always raised great tasting Jersey beef on our farm, and now we have our American Wagyu beef available! We simply have loved our beef but wanted to make it better by adding Wagyu genetics to our herd!

Wagyu beef is known for being the best beef in quality, tenderness, marbling, and flavor. Wagyu beef also has health benefits including higher levels of monounsaturated fats, omega 3 fats, and lower levels of cholesterol.

Marcoot Jersey Beef

We raise our Jersey beef in the pasture with our American Wagyu. Jersey beef tenderness is ranked second to Wagyu beef.

Our Jersey beef is typically lean yet it has great intramuscular marbling that helps define its juiciness, flavor and palatability.

Sweet Clover Honey: We love having bee hives on our farm. Not only do these farm bees make excellent honey but they also help us by pollinating our pastures. It’s the sweetest honey! We recommend pairing it with some of our cheeses like Alpine, Heritage, Gouda, Cheddar and Havarti.
